Fluffy Everyday Pancakes
A classic foolproof recipe that happens to be a personal Whip & Stack favorite. The OG that started it all. These pancakes are simple, fluffy, and always hit the spot.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1¾ cups milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, vanilla, and egg. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir just until combined—lumps are okay. Preheat non-stick skillet or griddle to medium. Lightly grease. Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges set. Flip and cook until golden.
