Apple Cinnamon Pancakes (Cozy Fall Breakfast Recipe)
Warm, cozy, and perfect for fall mornings. Our apple cinnamon pancakes are spiced just right and loaded with tender apple chunks and guaranteed to make your kitchen smell amazing.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tsp vinegar)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and diced small

Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Stir wet ingredients into dry until just combined. Fold in the diced apple gently. Cook pancakes on a greased skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm with maple syrup, extra apple slices, or a dusting of cinnamon sugar.
