Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
